How far in advance should I book for a birthday party?
For weekend dates in spring and fall, book 4 to 6 weeks out minimum. Summer dates tend to have more availability but we still recommend booking as soon as your venue is locked. We can sometimes accommodate 2-week bookings if the date is open — text or call to check. Deposit holds the date.
Can you do outdoor birthday parties?
Yes. We have done backyard setups, outdoor patios, and covered event spaces across Tucson. For the 360 booth outdoors, we need a level surface, a standard 110v outlet within 50 feet, and ideally some shade or a covered area. Evening outdoor setups work especially well in Tucson. We go over the site specifics when you request a quote.
We have a themed party — can the overlay match our theme?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom overlay design. If you have a specific theme — Masquerade, Hollywood Glam, Decades party, color scheme — we incorporate that into the design. You provide the details, we build the overlay, and you approve it before the event. Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you send the details.
What is the minimum age for the 360 booth?
We work teen and adult parties — guests 13 and up. The 360 platform requires standing on a spinning platform while our attendant operates the arm, so guests need to be able to stand independently and follow a few simple instructions. We do not do children's parties for guests under 13.
Can guests share directly to social media on the night?
Yes. Every photo and video is delivered via QR code or SMS on the night of the event. Guests scan, get their content instantly, and share directly from the venue floor. Your party is on social media before the night is over — with the birthday person's name and theme on every post.
