An international mining company booked Celebrate in 360 for a corporate awards gala at The Westin La Paloma. The goal: create branded content guests would share, capture opt-in leads, and give leadership a post-event analytics packet for their marketing deck.

What’s the difference between a corporate activation and a standard photo booth rental?

A rental drops off equipment and picks it up. An activation is a fully staffed, branded experience engineered around your marketing goals. We handle creative, logistics, on-site operation, branded content, lead capture, and post-event analytics. You get a report you can put in a marketing deck. Not just photos.

How does lead capture work at corporate events?

Before guests receive their content, they enter an email address or phone number through a branded capture screen. We export that list post-event in CSV format. For clients on automated follow-up campaigns, we can trigger your CRM or email platform within minutes of each capture. Every guest becomes a named lead.

We have a large event. Can you run multiple experiences at the same time?

Yes. We regularly run two or three experiences simultaneously. The Westin La Paloma activation used 360 Video, AI Live Lens, and Paparazzi Live at the same time with a dedicated attendant on each. We bring the crew — your guests never wait.

What does the post-event analytics report include?

How far in advance do I need to book a corporate activation?

We recommend 3–4 weeks for custom branded activations to allow design and production time. For events requiring multiple experiences or custom content deliverables, 6–8 weeks is ideal. That said — call us. We’ve turned around corporate events in under a week when the date was available.
