1. Booking and Reservations:

  • Reservation Process: When you book our services, we require a $150 deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the total cost of your rental.  The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancelation within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the event cost.

2. Pricing and Payment:

  • Pricing Transparency: Our pricing is clear and straightforward. We provide detailed pricing information on our website and in our communications with you.
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. The final payment is due before the start of your event. Any additional charges incurred during your event will be billed separately.

3. Equipment and Setup:

  • Quality Assurance: We maintain our photo booth equipment to the highest standards to ensure excellent performance and image quality at your event.
  • Setup and Breakdown: Our team will arrive at your venue well in advance of your event to set up the photo booth. After your event, we will promptly dismantle the equipment without disrupting your guests.

4. Photo Booth Usage:

  • Operational Assistance: A trained attendant will be present throughout your event to assist guests and ensure the smooth operation of the photo booth.
  • Guest Conduct: We ask that all guests use the photo booth responsibly and follow any guidelines provided by our staff.

5. Privacy and Data Security:

  • Data Collection: We collect and store images and data from your event for processing and delivery purposes only. Your data is secure and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Image Use: We may use event photos for promotional purposes with your consent. We respect your privacy, and if you prefer that we do not use your images, please let us know.

6. Liability and Insurance:

  • Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our equipment and guests, we are not responsible for any damage or injuries that may occur during the use of our photo booth.
  • Insurance: Celebrate in 360 carries liability insurance to protect both our clients and our company.
