Do you work with school purchase orders or invoices?
Yes. We accept school purchase orders and can invoice through the school district's vendor process. W-9 is on file and available on request. We have done this before and understand that schools operate on a different procurement timeline than private clients. Contact us early to allow for the approval process.
Can you provide proof of insurance for the school district?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured and can provide a certificate of insurance naming the school district as an additional insured. This is standard for school event vendors and we have the documentation ready. Request it when you reach out and we will include it with the quote.

Setup typically takes 60 to 90 minutes depending on the experience. We coordinate directly with your venue contact or school staff on load-in timing, power access, and floor placement. Setup is complete before students arrive. You do not need to manage our setup logistics — that is our job.
How many students can go through the booth in a 3-hour prom?
With the 360 booth, roughly 60 to 90 sessions in 3 hours depending on group size. With Studio Photo, throughput is higher because sessions are faster. For a large prom with 300+ students, we recommend 4 hours or running two experiences simultaneously. We will advise on the right setup for your headcount when you request a quote.
When should we book for our spring prom?
Spring prom dates in April and May are the most competitive on our calendar. Book by January if possible. If your date is flexible, booking early also gives you more time for overlay design approval and any district paperwork. We are currently accepting bookings for the 2026 to 2027 school year.
