The 360 platform fits the full court. The chambelanes and damas do group videos together. The birthday honoree gets her solo session. Every video is branded with your name, date, and colors. Starting at $849.
Traditional photo booths hold 2 to 4 people. The 360 platform holds 4 to 8. That is the difference. The entire chambelanes group can step on together. The damas can do a group video. Cousins, friends, family tables — everyone does it in groups, not singles.
Each group gets a slow-motion video with your name and date on it. They scan the QR code and share it before the next group steps on. By the end of the night, your quince is on every guest’s phone and on social media with your name on every post.
It becomes the line everyone wants to be in. Not a booth people use once and move on — a station guests come back to with different groups throughout the night.
Design turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you provide the details. You approve it before the event. If the first version is not right, we revise it.
On the 360 Video, your overlay appears as a lower-third graphic on every video. On Studio Photo, it prints on every photo strip. On Paparazzi Live, it overlays every branded digital delivery.
Every piece of content that leaves your event carries your name on it. Every Instagram post, every TikTok share — your quince is branded on all of it.
The waltz. The toast. The surprise guest. The moment with abuela. The chambelanes lifting the birthday girl. A roaming photographer catches all of it and delivers branded photos to guests on the same night.
Paparazzi Live starts at $849. No dedicated floor space needed. The photographer moves through the room, finds the moments, and delivers branded digital photos via QR or text before the night ends.
Most quince families book both the 360 and Paparazzi Live together. The 360 handles the high-energy group videos. The roaming photographer handles the real moments. Two different kinds of content. Full night coverage. Ask about combined pricing when you request a quote.
Hotel ballrooms across Tucson and the metro area. Banquet halls. Outdoor event spaces. We know how to work in these environments — where power outlets are, how to handle wind for outdoor 360 setups, how to work efficiently during load-in at busy venues on a Saturday night.
We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event start. We are fully set up and operational when the doors open. We coordinate with the venue contact so nothing falls on you or your family.
Your family is focused on celebrating. Not managing equipment. Not chasing down a vendor. We handle everything from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave.

How many people can fit on the 360 platform at once?
The platform comfortably fits 1 to 4 people for most videos. Groups of 5 to 6 can work depending on positioning. For the quinceñera court, the chambelanes and damas typically go in groups of 4 to 6 and do multiple passes. The birthday honoree gets her own dedicated solo session.
Can we get our quince colors and name on the overlay?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom overlay with your name, quinceñera date, and color palette. Pink and gold, purple and silver, whatever your colors are. If you have a theme — butterfly, princess, floral — we incorporate it. You approve the design before the event.
How long does each 360 video take?
Each session takes 15 to 30 seconds on the platform. Processing and QR code delivery takes under 2 minutes. Guests scan and share from the floor before the next group steps on.
Can you run both the 360 booth and roaming booth at the same quinceñera?
Yes. Many quince families book both the 360 Video Experience and Paparazzi Live together. The 360 booth handles the high-energy group sessions and gives the court their videos. The roaming photographer catches the waltz, the toast, and the emotional moments with family. Both run simultaneously with separate crew.
Do you work at hotel ballrooms and banquet halls?
Yes. We work at hotel ballrooms and banquet halls throughout Tucson and the metro area. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the event start for setup, coordinate with the venue, and tear down after the last guest. Your family is focused on the celebration, not managing equipment.
Quinceñera dates book out fast, especially spring and summer weekends. Check availability now and we confirm your date and send full pricing.
