Roaming photographer, no dedicated space needed. Great for outdoor desert venues and spaces where a stationary booth doesn't fit the flow. Moves through the room and captures candid moments. Branded photos delivered on the night.

Studio Photo

Classic setup: backdrop, props, instant prints. Clean and professional. Works at every venue. Guests love a physical print they can hold. Custom backdrop and overlay for your wedding colors and names.

The Westin La Paloma is a named client. We have run multiple events there — photo booths, corporate activations, holiday parties. We know the ballrooms, the load-in process, and the venue team.

We have also worked hotel ballrooms throughout Tucson, outdoor desert venues, ranch properties, and community event spaces across Southern Arizona. We know the logistics — where power outlets are, how to handle wind for outdoor 360 setups, how to work efficiently in Tucson summer heat for outdoor evening events.

If you are booked at a venue we have not worked before, we will do the venue walkthrough and logistics coordination in advance. You do not need to manage that.

Custom Overlays for Your Wedding

Every booking includes a custom overlay design: your names, wedding date, color palette, and monogram or motif if you have one. Design turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you provide the details.

You approve the design before the event. Nothing goes on the platform until you sign off on it. If the first version isn't right, we revise it.

For the 360 Video Experience, the overlay appears as a lower-third graphic on each video. For Studio Photo, it prints on every photo strip. For Paparazzi Live, it overlays every branded digital delivery.

How the Wedding Day Works

  1. We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start

    Load-in, setup, and tech check are complete before the first guest walks through the door. We coordinate with your venue contact and wedding planner so the setup is invisible to guests.

  2. We run the full contracted window

    From doors open to the end of your booked window, our attendant manages the booth, keeps the line moving, and handles any tech question. You are not managing equipment on your wedding day.

  3. Guests receive content immediately

    Every photo or video is delivered on the night via QR code or SMS. Guests share from the venue floor. Your wedding is on social media before the night is over, with your names on every post.

  4. We tear down after the last guest

    Full teardown after your contracted window ends. You never touch any equipment. The venue is clear when we leave.

Wedding Photo Booth Questions

When during the wedding should we run the photo booth?

Most couples run the booth during the reception, starting 30 minutes after guests are seated. It captures the energy of the party and gives guests something to do between dinner and dancing. If you have a long cocktail hour, running the booth there works well too. We advise on timing when you request a quote.

Can you set up outdoors at desert venues?

Yes. We have worked outdoor desert venues, ranch properties, and covered patios across Southern Arizona. We know how to handle wind for outdoor 360 setups and how to manage lighting in evening desert conditions. The main requirement is a standard 110v outlet within 50 feet.

How many guests can use the booth in 3 hours?

With a 360 booth, roughly 60 to 90 sessions in 3 hours depending on group size. With Studio Photo or Paparazzi Live, coverage is broader because there is no single-station bottleneck. For large guest lists over 150, we recommend 4 hours or combining two experiences.

Can we get our names and wedding date on every photo?
