No hidden fees. Every experience includes professional attendants, full delivery and setup, teardown, stanchions and red carpet, custom branded overlay design, instant sharing via QR or text, unlimited sessions during your event, and an online gallery. What you see in the quote is what you pay.
The 360 platform itself needs a footprint of roughly 10×10 feet minimum — more space is better and allows for stanchions and a small prop table. We’ll confirm dimensions with your venue before the event. If space is tight, the Paparazzi Live roaming experience works in any layout with zero dedicated footprint.

We serve all of Southern Arizona. Tucson metro (Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Vail) is included with no travel fee. Sierra Vista, Nogales, and Casa Grande are $100. Phoenix metro is $200. Anywhere else — call us. We’ve traveled for the right event.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months if you give us 30+ days notice. Cancellations inside 30 days forfeit the full deposit. Life happens — we work with clients on rescheduling whenever we can. Full policy is in your contract and in our Terms of Service.
